Admin/Executive Assistant
Responsible for supporting our Advisors and Head of Operations, greeting clients, managing the firm calendar, and performing administrative duties ranging from scheduling meetings, scanning, letter preparation, marketing, and more.

Client Service Associate
Manage client requests, prepare and process investment and insurance paperwork, schedule and prepare for client meetings, and perform lite financial planning prep work.

Operations Associate
Provide operational and tech support to the financial advisory team and will be responsible for a range of duties related to operations, new client onboarding, performance reporting, compliance and various other support functions. Provide marketing assistance with updates and posts to the website, LinkedIn, Facebook and other mediums of communication. Review and optimize operational processes and workflows for both the back office and client-facing teams.

Associate Advisor/Planner
Perform a wide range of planning, education, research and analysis duties for both existing and prospective investment and financial planning clients. The Paraplanner must have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills, work independently, anticipate firm needs and client questions, and prepare and participate in client meetings.

Financial Advisor/Planner
Proactively guide high-net-worth clients in the financial planning areas of retirement income, estate, college funding, tax strategy, insurance, investments, charity, and more. Network within the community to develop more awareness of our company and services. Develop relationships with third party referral sources and complimentary advisors such as CPAs, attorneys, and others. Continuously learn the latest developments in all areas of financial planning. Minimum Requirements are 5-10 years of experience, $10m+ AUM client base, CFP® preferred.

Minimum Requirements for all positions:
